Al,

My friends and I have used Al for the same event for the past two years. Not only is Al reliable and punctual, he's just a great guy with a great sense of humor. The same group has been getting together for the past 10 years and “You can call me Al” has now become an honorary member of our circle.

We're back from the Galapagos (I posted photos on Facebook in case you're interested.) so as promised I'll provide you with my assessment of our experience with Flat Rate Limos.

Our driver was a most pleasant woman who was not only on time but a bit early.  The car was a nice town car - clean - and bottled water was provided for us to enjoy on the ride.  She drove very safely and well and cheerfully helped with the luggage.

As I understand it, this is a woman-owned business and I was told by our driver that many of the drivers with the company are women.  They have a variety of sizes of vehicles so you could depend on them for groups as well as individuals.  Al Freeman is the husband of the owner and appears to act as General Manager since he's the only person I've spoken with.  He struck me as quite competent, service-oriented and no-nonsense.

I will use them again without reservation and think you would be happy with them for your staff also.

Should it be important to you, you may want to ask about his dress code for drivers, I didn't think to ask.  Our driver was in her (very neat) street clothes rather than the usual penguin or semi-penguin style of dark slacks/white top.  Most times I wouldn't care about that but if it's for big wigs coming in to discuss financing or some such it may be something you'd wish to inquire about.
